The location on the beautiful beach was acceptable.
The staff's room service was disappointing. I requested a bottle of water and it never arrived. I waited a very long time. I am frustrated about the overall service.

i appreciated the staff's efforts to move me to a room with a clear sea view. marina at reception and tina in guest relations were helpful with my request. the bed was very comfortable (i think it might be the best i have ever slept in!).
I found the pool to be too small for the size of the hotel. It felt quite crowded. the pool also had people with floats and kids jumping in, despite these activities not being allowed. the pool floor and drains showed algae, indicating a need for more frequent cleaning.

the staff was friendly and polite, always willing to assist guests. marina and tina from reception provided really good service and understanding. i appreciated the quick resolution when i needed help with my room (it was a very smooth process).

my room offered a beautiful, clear sea view. the rooms were generally big, very comfy and tidy. the bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep (and a good recovery from my travel).

The pool bar offered excellent food. the hotel provides reusable water bottles. there is a bus stop just outside the hotel. It goes to paphos. the breakfast buffet offers a wide selection.

the hotel has a lovely location, providing amazing views. the location is a fantastic spot, offering a cypriot style experience. the setting allowed hearing the waves from the balcony. plenty of sunbeds were nicely spread out for a quiet place.

the breakfast buffet included a very big selection of food. the food quality was excellent, especially at the pool bar. the hotel has a lot of restaurants and bars. the pool bar is especially commendable.
